Nutrition Health & Coaching

Why is nutrition important for athletic performance?

Nutrition can help improve general health and is also significant for athletic performance. Eating the appropriate diet can provide the energy for daily life, a race, or more enjoyment from informal sports or activities.

You will not perform as well during any activity if you are not eating appropriately, which can result in a deficiency of nutrients such as protein, iron, vitamins, and other minerals, fluids, and calories.
